Hello everyone ????
Today I stopped by the Anaheim farmers market and sampled a few spreads, one that was irresistible. The Parmesan Cilantro Garlic on their lovely flat bread. I was very surprised how good it was.
Then I tried the Marcos Salad.
I’m a chef and I personal called this company to tell them how great this spicy diced olive salad was.
I was lucky enough to speak to Marco himself, He took the time to tell me about each ingredients.
I would also like to mention the young girl that sold them to me today had great customer service skills with every customer and there was a lot of us standing around sampling.
I’m planning on stopping by soon to see what else they have to offer.
