  F45 gets me excited to workout! I always look forward to classes and everyone has great energy! I love the coaches and they are always willing to help and encourage me!

  There's many fitness places to choose from, but F45 has a concept that is proven, with they're variety of workouts, the quality of certified skilled trainers, the energy of like minded folks that fill this place at all the training sessions
  The unique tv monitors at each lane keeps you informed of each exercise. There's always a challenge to keep you motivated.
  Mike and Blake have done an amazing job since taking over ownership less then a year ago. The quality of equipment is over the top, the place is always clean, there's always fresh laundered towels.

  As a high school and collegiate athlete and coach for almost 30 years I know that circuit training is one of the most beneficial and productive ways to train. F45 has this down to a science and F45 Yorba Linda has got it dialed in. The facilities, coaches, atmosphere, training equipment and aids! They have it all! I highly recommend checking them out! I have seen strength gains and weight loss while working out there. Fell free to ask me any questions or contact them directly. They are super friendly!!!

  Incredible workout!! The owners and coaches really care about all the members. I love how the workout is planned and I don’t have to think about what to do next. At a regular gym I found I was spending a lot of time looking for weights. Plus you have friendly coaches your form is correct and you’re getting the most out of every workout. I highly recommend F45 Yorba Linda!!

  F45 Yorba Linda North has amazing full body high intensity workouts with amazing trainers who provide personalized attention to ensure each member achieves their personal fitness goals. I’ve been a member since F45 Yorba Linda opened. The new ownership has positively transformed this gym and vibe. I’ve been members to several gyms and specialty HIT program and F45 checks all the boxes of fun, functional, challenging, and HIT. The workouts are always changing so our bodies never plateau and the trainers always have modifications for those of us who need them. I highly recommend everyone gives it a try. You will not be disappointed.
