These guys are very smart, thorough and empathetic. They seem to take their role as therapist when you're in the throes of a pest scare as seriously as their technical duties. And that makes a huge difference. There's no shame, no judgments, they're just there to help. And they responded practically immediately whenever I reached out. I was lucky - my bed bug scare turned out to be a false alarm, so can't speak to how they handle the next step if there's an infestation. But they really gave me peace of mind.
