Placentia Super Service

I was happily surprised to find they have a service that will drop you off at your house if you aren’t waiting in the shop for the repairs. They kept me updated about my repairs and the cost. The lady at the front desk was really nice. I have had my car for a year and a half and haven’t figured out how to connect my phone (the dealership tried and could not do it). The front desk lady (Lorrie?) came out and had it connected in under 2 mins. Very impressed with the service. The prices were also reasonable. I will be coming back and telling my friends.

Every time I come to Placentia Super Service, I feel comfortable, and respected. The team is more than professional, they are kind, and happy to explain in lay terms what is going on with my car. They are fast, efficient, and communicative. The actual waiting area/lobby is clean, and very welcoming. I am grateful for the team here, and will continue to support this business.

Very polite and courteous service. Waiting room is clean, quiet, and full of water, coffees and snacks. They had charging cables ready for cell phones. AC in my car now works great. Price was a little on the higher end of what internet estimates are but felt confident getting a 3 year warranty on the service they provided. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoy my visit to this fine company to get my truck repair. They were very truthful with me and did the job well. The service guy that did my paperwork was courteous and respectful and kept me informed with the work being done. I do recommend this shop the are very good.

I absolutely love this place. My wife and I have been looking for several years. After going to other places that cheat us or do a lousy job, we have *FINALLY* found our shop. The service is great and the quality of work is second to none! We love Placentia Super Service and will be coming back for all of our automotive needs!
