(February 18, 2022, 10:44 pm)Our plumber was able to solve our problem (daughter flushed several paper towels down the toilet, clogging it). He came to our home same day, even late at night. Communication was not the best with the answering service and there was a mistake in billing wherein we were charged twice. Staff was friendly when I called to correct the issue and they resolved it immediately. All told an okay experience and I just hope they address the communication issue. I would consider using them again if needed.
