  Called them about 30 minutes ago and asked if there were able to get a tie cleaned for me by Sunday morning as it was for a small wedding service for my fiancé and I. They said unfortunately due to the COVID-19 crisis, most cleaners were not running their washer on the weekends (this was the third place I called that said that) including them. Perfectly understandable, but I asked if there was a way I could clean it myself. The lady I spoke with asked the material and color and then told me how to clean it at home to get the best results. I just finished it and it looks beautiful! Though I haven’t actually used their services yet, their customer service is impeccable and when I do need my clothes dry-cleaned, I WILL be bringing them here. Thank you so much again for the advice!

  I tried this place recently and was extremely impressed with the customer service. I had a ton of items that required alterations and others that just needed cleaning. But I've also been helping my mom try to go through her closet and that has unearthed some other challenges: some set-in stains, moth holes, and heaps more alterations. The kind couple at Courtesy Cleaners has patiently and professionally helped me navigate anything and everything I seem to bring them, all with a smile on their faces. And this, even when their cash register system went down for a few days and they had to keep records by hand. They really are the best!
  Oh, and then I found out that they also do SHOES and LEATHER! Well now, how handy is that? So on my last visit, I brought them a vintage pair of my grandmother's adorable mules that needed repair and cleaning. I'm excited to see how those turn out.

  Great Customer Service. Had to get a shirt ironed fast on a Saturday. Not only did they do it in less than 10 minutes, there was no charge!!!
