“This place was absolutely amazing! I had eye allergies for about a month now and if it wasn’t the excellent Dr. Chen at this place I would still have it for another month. It turns out there’s a shampoo that I’m allergic to and that I use, and no doctor asked me about this, other than Dr. Chen. He was kind and respectful, as well as the nurse and front desk. I am very satisfied about this place, and I would be willing to spend at least $1,000 if they asked for it because this small question absolutely changed how my eyes are faring, and there could have been permanent damage if not for them.”

“Worked with PSS, having 9 windows and 1 sliding glass door (double side) install the Crimsafe Security Screens. This was the most important decision i have made in long time, having Security Screens put on all windows/doors. The installation was AWESOME to watch these professionals do a fantastic job, clean up, and done within 4-5 hrs. I contacted my insurance company, who gave me a large discount, i gave them copy of the paid invoice, and URL for PSS and Crimsafe. I took piano lessons from Kristen from the very beginning as a small child all the way through high school, and I can't even begin to describe the positive impact it had on my life. Music is deeply engrained in my soul, and I can't imagine my life without it, so having a skilled teacher was essential to my success in piano. I attribute my current musical habits to the foundation I learned while at Kristen's studio. She teaches in a way that is effective and fun, and recitals are a family event with many fond memories of games, carnivals, dressing up as composers and creating skits to make everyone laugh! Not only did I pass many levels of theory and participate in National Guild yearly, but I won high marks every year. I even participated in the Circle of winners with my sister at the Piano Ensemble Festival held yearly at Fullerton College. I continued playing into college and minored in music, and now I play for family and friends as well as church choir and activities. Kristen Moh has the talent & experience to teach your kids in a memorable way and create a foundation of music and learning to last a lifetime!”

The work did not come without it's issues and I think Andrew should be communicating better with the clients as far as expectations. However his zeal and professionalism to see the work done properly, eclipses all those shortcomings.
