I was a little skeptical when I first read about doing cryotherapy. My wife wanted to try it, and we decided to do it together. BEST DECISION EVER!!! I have been dealing with soreness and injuries from running for a long time, and after only three sessions, I am already starting to feel better. I wish I would have tried it out a long time ago.

Today, I went on a real hard interval run. After my run I did all my normal stretches, foam rolling, and lacrosse ball, but I was still very sore and tight. After only 3 MINUTES, in the chamber, I walked out feeling so much better. My aches were gone, my body felt a lot more loose.

If you are having pains that won’t go away, and you don’t like the pain with using ice, then this is for you. I know for me, I’ll be coming back again. So glad my wife talked me into this awesome experience.

I've gone in for two sessions of cryotherapy and the Beemer treatment thus far. I am starting to feel positive changes to my body aches and pains, feel it is really working, and am confident it will help get me through my soccer games and Orange Theory workouts with less knee and body pain.

Kevin is friendly, informative, professional, and makes the 3 minute "freeze" an enjoyable one. I look forward to future sessions and bringing friends in to give it a try!
