So happy and grateful to live here and walk to so many cool bars, restaurants and shopping. Alyssa the manager goes above and beyond always to assist and the maintenance team is great. No question about it this is the best place I’ve lived in Houston.

My experience with HiLine Heights has only been positive. Management has been considerate and willing to listen and negotiate with me. Maintenance has always been prompt. There is good communication to residence. I feel like the residence are nice and easy to live with. The common areas stay clean and maintained. The surrounding area is fun and convenient. Sum all that up and you get a really good apartment community.

The office management has been nothing but great and catering help to me. I moved in last September and lived with an unbearable roommate. They did everything they could to make sure I could get out of the lease with an easy process. They are super communicative and helpful. Especially, Artizy and Alyssa. The actual building was really nice and and a great location.

Have only lived here for about 4 months, but the office staff and maintenance team are absolutely amazing! Anselma is a great manager for the property and really cares about residents. The assistant manager, Alyssa, will go above and beyond to make sure she’s available to assist you with anything you may need. Damien and Aritzy are always pleasant to interact with and always have a smile on their face. Maintenance team has a great turn around for any service request, which is fantastic! Overall I’ve had a great experience and I look forward to many more months to come!

I just moved in with my boyfriend, but I have had great experiences with all of the staff here since I started visiting. Anselma and Alyssa are great managers and truly care what their residents need. I have had the most contact with Aritzy and Damien; they are so great and kind to me every time that I have seen them. The property has a lot of fun events, food trucks, and the area is unbeatable!
