Pedego Electric Bikes Rancho Santa Margarita

Allan offered me exceptional service to have my bike tuned before leaving town. I originally purchased my bike at the Dana point store but they were unable to service me before I left. If you purchase your bike at the RSM location they offer the 1st service for free where as Dana Point charges $95. Alan fixed a warranty issue for me immediately due to my soon departure date. He was also helpful in showing me how to properly secure my bike for the long distance travel.
I didn’t realize that the Pedego stores are independent franchises and each have their own way of doing business. Alan went above and beyond despite this issue. Greatly appreciated!!! I should have purchased my bike at this RSM store. Thank you Alan!

Allan and Lorenzo at the Rancho Santa Margarita Pedego store are a both a pleasure to work with. Their customer service is outstanding and they were very helpful when I got my first bike. We now have four! They are always available when I have questions. I highly recommend that if you are interested in buying an electric bike that you consider visiting the Pedego store in RSM. You won't be disappointed.

I went to a few other Pedego locations and ultimately ended up here because the selection beat all the other stores, hands down! Great customer service from Lorenzo, who couldn’t have been nicer.

The bikes were amazing for the very hilly and trails. The electrical assistant was quite nice to have. The service was also great. The owner was very helpful and even showed us all the trails and even hiking paths. Definitely recommend it.

Pedego was awesome! Myself, my girlfriend, and 2 of our friends all did a one hour rental from Pedego. One hour was not enough! If you have not used one of their bikes before, it is so fun! Their customer service was great, Allan the owner, gave us a tutorial on how to use the bikes, and showed us where some great trails were. Really fun experience and a great way to get out and about in Rancho Santa Margarita, and explore the the trails quickly!

If you havent experienced Pedego, give them a shot, a rental is cheap compared to how much fun you will have...but beware, you will not want to to stop!
