(September 27, 2018, 11:49 am)From the first phone call, I was at ease. Dr. Ting's entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The office is inviting and well-kept. Dr. Ting took as much time as needed to explain the issues with my son's teeth and exactly what procedure he would use and why. We had had other consultations with other orthodontists that left me feeling frustrated but I am confident Dr. Ting and his staff will continue to do an excellent job.
