Elevate Fitness

I am thankful to have been introduced to this gym! The classes are challenging, efficient, and fun. Each class offers a great variety of exercises and modifications for whatever level of fitness you are at. The coaches are very friendly, energetic, knowledgable, and supportive. The atmosphere is always very positive! I love being a part of this gym!

From the moment I walked into Elevate Fitness, I knew it was a place where I could crush my wellness goals and find a fitness family to encourage and support me. The coaches, members, and overall positive environment brings me back day after day and has helped me to create healthy habits with my nutrition and workouts.

I was initially drawn in by the Fall Slim Down Challenge for women over 40. I was ready to make a change, and this is the perfect place to live out that commitment. I lost 6.5% of my body weight in 6 weeks, and there’s no way I’m stopping now. By working harder at Elevate, I have more energy to devote to my family and work. The coaches understood that I did not take this lightly and encouraged me inside and outside of the gym.

I took the money I earned back by meeting the challenge and put it straight toward a membership, and I’m expecting more amazing results. Come join me in this adventure! You are worth the time and commitment. By prioritizing my health and fitness, I’ve gained so much more than a lower number on the scale!

This is a great gym. I have never been one to push myself too hard on my own so I don't workout at any of the chain gyms, they are also a little impersonal. With the group classes and the awesome trainers here I push myself and get more results. Awesome group of people and great welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Elevate Fitness is an amazing gym. It has such a cool vibe that it is actually fun to workout here! The trainers genuinely care about the members fitness goals and assist with our progress on an ongoing basis. Another bonus is the great group of members who are like-minded with regards to fitness, are always friendly, which makes for fun workouts. I’ve been a member for almost 10 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Aptly named! There is no substitute for what the Elevate Fitness program can do to "elevate" mind, body, and spirit in a one hour workout ! The facility is clean, airy, and spacious. The equipment is top of the line and in great condition. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, fun, caring, and encouraging. Workouts are well planned and changed up daily to maximize results. Modifications for exercises are offered to accommodate any level of fitness, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned gym rat, you will get 110% out of every session. You will feel like part of the family and have a great time getting fit and healthy! I honestly look forward to my time with them - it is the best part of my day !
