  Where do I start!?!? Dr. Parrish, Alicia, Erin, Whitney (just a few of the amazing staff I've gotten to know)..... they are not only amazing in their field, these wonderfully kind humans are why I will keep coming back to WAV. I started here 3 months ago for my TMJ/migraines after starting a stress leave of absence from my job. They were one of 5 doctors I started to see regularly to improve my health. 3 months later, they have been the only ones who didn't brush me off, listened to my concerns, provided thoughtful feedback all because they CARE (so rare anymore). My own primary care physician did not even provide this level of care! Their passion for providing pain relief and to retrain the body's mind-body connection is unparalleled. Beyond this - the team at WAV loves to have fun, enjoys their clients, and will ALWAYS make you leave with a smile. I can not recommend WAV Wellness and Vitality enough. I've now graduated to Gyrotonic classes (something I had never even heard of until I came for PT) and I am thrilled to continue seeing my friends at WAV even after my PT has ended). THANK YOU for making me feel so welcome, so healed, and ready to get stronger!

  Dr. Parrish is an amazing physical therapist! He is thorough, knowledgeable and intuitive; with the ability to individualize to each client’s needs. As his patient for 3 years, I felt confident that Scott knew precisely what my body required. I truly miss his treatments and guidance! (No longer live in the San Clemente area :(

  I’ve been to many physical therapists through the years but Doctor Scott is far and above the best one. He takes a long time to assess and correct each problem step-by-step with a compassionate approach. He is credentialed in a number of different areas and it certainly shows. Don’t miss the opportunity to work with him.

  Dr Scott is an amazing therapist. I have worked with him on several occasions dealing with shoulder issues and back issues. His approach to body movement and health and his physical therapy techniques are life changing. He has help me through some pretty painful experiences in the past couple of years and I contribute much of my healing to him. I will be working with him again soon as I just had back surgery and I am very excited to be able to work with him again.
