A few years ago, a friend recommended Cosmetic Dentistry of Murfreesboro when I needed to replace the mismatched crowns on three front teeth. Dr. Nicholson's work was flawless and the crowns were a perfect match to my natural enamel. Since then, I have counted on the practice for all of my dental needs and have been pleased to recommend Dr. NIcholson and his staff to anyone who is looking for a full service dental practice with high professional standards. I have been consistently pleased with both the quality of his dentistry and the ambience of the practice. The Office Manager and the Dental Assistant are always at the top of their games, creating an atmosphere that combines a businesslike warmth with an impressive level of competence. As a final point, I believe I I would be remiss if I failed to mention the harmonious interior colors and the upbeat contemporary music that contribute to a pleasant environment.

I would give Dr. Nicholson’s dental practice a 10 out of 10 stars if I could. I am a person that rarely writes a review, maybe I have written 2 reviews, if that, about any place. This is a top-notch dental practice and my experience with them was so excellent and so professional that I felt compelled to share my experience. I had a really good dentist that I used for a long time that retired. I thought I was never going to find another dentist office that would meet the same standards as my previous, now retired dentist. I found myself in need of some general dental work, researched and discovered all the really good reviews about Dr. Nicholson and his practice. I gave them a call and spoke with Terri. Terri was amazing, she answered all of my questions and then some. After speaking with her, I scheduled an appointment. My positive experience really began with Terri and just continued to be a wonderful overall experience from there. Dr. Nicholson addressed all of my questions during the consult, took his time, did not rush, understood my dental anxiety and helped me with establishing a dental plan that was best for me. Dr. Nicholson and his nurse Eliza completed the dental work that I needed done. They were phenomenal!!! This team knows what they are doing!! Dr. Nicholson definitely gives my retired dentist some competition! The work Dr. Nicholson did is absolutely top notch and superior! This is the first time I have ever had a temp crown on and didn’t even feel the temp crown- this is how good the dental work was! There is no off- bite feeling or feeling of anything new that had been done. The dental work is impeccable. My orthodontic retainers still fit too! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Nicholson and his staff. I am not going anywhere else!

Great dentist and highly recommend! Everyone is very kind and they are accommodating when needed. Very family-like atmosphere. I've had a couple of cleanings and fillings done here. During one of my cleanings, the dental hygienist/assistant was out, so Dr. Nicholson performed my cleaning himself and didn't have to reschedule me, though it would have been reasonable to do so, I greatly appreciate he didn't.
