  This is a really fun campground. The site are spread far enough out that there's at least a semblance of privacy, and several are along a slight ridge that gives them a great view of the neighboring hills. The restrooms and water facilities were also very well kept. A perfect spot for a quick one or two-night vacation.

  Always good times. Bathrooms clean, nature center awesome, staff courteous and professional. Great for a little weekend getaway without the commitment of the king drive to get there

  No dogs...no outside firewood... no alcohol, no fun. I went to camp and enjoy some of my taxes I have paid into the coffers of OC. I was due for some fun sun and a nice nature hike , but the fun police were on patrol. So I had to lay low like a criminal with my favorite after hike beer, whiskey and cigar. A very nice park and a great place for hiking and hugging trees...

  The perfect local campground for easy, right outta your car camping. Flush toilets and running water. The nature center is fun for kids, especially when Casper is awake and letting the kids pet him. It gets super hot during the summer, so hikes are best at dusk during the summer. Lovely views.

  This is a great campground, one of our favorites to visit. My only issue with the campsites is that they have patches of cactus which always concerns me with my kids. The chipmunks are fearless so make sure you keep food in your car overnight and that someone has eyes on it during the day. Each campsite has space for two cars to park, it is nice to have your car that close.
