Their customer service is constant. We enjoyed having the owner come to our home and offer suggestions based on room sizes, coloration and lighting. We have used the Rug Gallery to help us furnish 2 homes . . . and just now purchasing another. Have already visited the store to start planning our next rug purchases. Karen & Leslee.
