I had visited many furniture stores in South OC looking for new living room furniture; I was disappointed as I didn’t find the selection or quality I was looking for. Luckily, I found the Sofa Shop in SJC and was stunned by their choices and options (custom sizes, 1 large seating cushion vs several small ones, huge selection of fabrics and colors). We visited their stores several times until we finalized our purchase. During our visits, we met the owner Jim and several Design Consultants; we were pleasantly surprised by the help, guidance and objective feedback we received throughout the process. Any questions and concerns were addressed professionally and with patience. The staff went above and beyond in providing customer service; they even let us take home several fabric samples to help make our final decision! The delivery company was also very professional and worked hard and diligently to carry the new sectional into our home!
The experience was very pleasant and professional and we are stunned that nobody every tried to push us to close the sale! We are so grateful for Jim and his team at Comforts of Home and the Sofa Shop and will be happy to refer them to our friends!

I really wanted to share my experience that I had at The Sofa Shop about 6 months ago. I never do reviews, but felt compelled to do this because of the experience we had then. My wife and I came in overwhelmed and frustrated after spending the day looking at furniture. On our way home, we decided to stop and get a beer at the Brewhouse next door then we found The Sofa Shop. We were greeted with a smile, without anyone being pushy, and ended up getting a new custom sectional, tables and even a cool cabinet that my wife loved. Fast forward 6 months later, and we are still loving everything. We just ordered a couple leather recliners now. Thank you for being awesome, and we are looking forward to our new leather recliners. I love that we don't ever have to go to another furniture store ever again, because we found you.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Sofa Shop!! As a designer, I am able to shop anywhere for custom furniture (and I really have, trust me!)... I found The Sofa Shop last year from a friend's suggestion, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the quality of their sofas! I am on my 6th client with The Sofa Shop's sofas, and every single one of them LOVES them! There are so many options available to make the sofa just perfect. If you're looking for a great sofa, look no further! :)
