They were nice, courteous, fast, and careful. That was worth every penny. If you are in need of professional, top quality movers, look no further. We just moved and I was anxious about how much stuff we had and the breakability of some items. Black Bear was communicative and responsiveness up until our move. In fact, we called maybe 3 days before our scheduled move to see if we could move the date up by a week, and they were extremely accommodating. They didn't charge me extra or anything, they fit us into the desired date.

Black bear were very friendly and gentle with my personal belongings. They helped us to move to our new home successfully! It was a great run and the price was fair and reasonable, I actually thought it would have cost me even more. I would definitely recommend them, they did a great job! Delivery arrived safe and sound and nothing was broken (besides maybe one little scratch on my dining table). Workers on both ends were very nice to deal with, they helped me and my husband to get through this with 3 kids and a dog. Thank you thank you thank you!

We had been in a huge bind - the mover that we'd employed and also had scheduled did not arrive and gave no explanation or heads-up. We contacted Black Bear moving and storage Santa Ana almost as an emergency. These men had the ability to show up within 2 hours, they let us know that there would be an extra charge for the urgency of the work but it was fine with me. They could accommodate the majority of the stuff of ours and I did not really feel some time was wasted by them, which frequently occurs when individuals are actually focusing on an hourly fee.

In my mind it was very complicated to move the entire office to the new space that we rented due to the increase in the staff.
