(January 4, 2019, 5:32 pm)I get to my hotel room and and given my hotel card keys which were not coded properly the hotel place to me all the way in the back upstairs I get to my hotel room you have issues with my key so then I got to head back downstairs to go recode my keys and then head back upstairs to my room again tell me find out when I get in my room that it is very hot and there's nothing that I can do about it. I called the front desk to let them know that my room was very hot and I can't adjust the temperature for the air conditioning and they said oh I apologize sir the whole hotel is set on one temperature you cannot control the temperature to personalize it to your own comfort thankfully I was able to crack open the windows in the bedroom and let the Santa Ana winds kick in to my room. Then the next day breakfast they were out of a lot of things which was very frustrating, they had to juice machines but only one was working.

(December 28, 2018, 5:00 pm)I have stayed here many times!! Definitely a 5 star hotel!! There breakfast alone is while worth the price!! Rooms are huge and spacious!! There staff are so nice & are really accommodating!! Will be back next weekend!!
