I use to HATE dealing with auto repair/servicing shops, however this Pep Boys has changed my entire outlook. From the initial phone call Philip was able to provide a fair time estimate for break replacement.

Once I arrived, Philip was very professional, friendly, and initiated the servicing/quote process immediately. I received a quote very soon, and my services were performed expediently.

The entire staff there is respectful and without a doubt values my time as a customer as much as I do and I sincerely appreciate that. With Philip in charge I’d say this is the most reliable and honest Pep Boys location in the OC.

I have rarely had to wait, and the service is excellent. They thoroughly check all of your auto's fluid levels, lights, tire pressure, then and give you a written report when your oil change is complete.

The staff here is super helpful and very friendly. I went in to get my oil change for less than forty dollars and I told them about a brake issue I was having so they checked it out and changed my two front brakes in less than an hour and a half. All smiles and cheerful attitudes. I would definitely go here again!
