The Lady at the front was VERY nice to me the way she talked to me was so so nice it's rare for people to talk to me like this atleast strangers in customer service around this Dallas area bc i have alot of face tattoos and some people are mean to me bc of the way i look but she had so much patience i even told her i don't know nothing about cars i just came to get new brakes only cuz my mama boyfriend told me i needed them and she said it was okay not to know. 🥺most people disregard small sentences like that but she responded with a comforting response & God bless u if u see this ma'am💙

The store manager Adam was very patient, kind, and understanding. My battery died and. Wouldn’t start up again, meaning I needed a new one. This was quite an unexpected expense and very stressful. He was able to find the right battery for my car and installed it for free immediately so I was able to get home. He also allowed me use a jump box to get my car started even though I was in the parking lot across the street, it was very much appreciated and helpful.

I'm a long time AutoZone customer. Yes, sometimes I can find better deals online, but the convenience and real-time advice is worth the difference in many cases. If not, I buy online. I regularly get the $25 rewards credit by planning and shopping wisely.

I went in today for wiper blades. Picked up the 22" size I needed and went to check out. The employee noticed I picked out a Bosch variation that would not work on my car! Saved me frustration and another trip! Thank you!
