I took a tour of this community back in September with Katie. Katie was very knowledgeable about the property and even the area surrounding Mesa. Katie suggested several different hiking trails to explore and even gave me a brief history on Arizona and its surrounding nature! She showed me several different options and floor plans that would fit my needs best. She even pointed out the dog park and dog washing station, knowing I'd be moving with my dog. I loved that Red Mountain has smart home features. It makes me feel safe. I loved the clubhouse, they host several resident activities a month and the staff is always extremely helpful!

Nothing but rave reviews for Springs at Red Mountain. From the start to finish of the rental process was very smooth. Thanks for the extra mile from Katie and making us feel at home right away. The community is beautiful and well maintained.

Our family has loved our time at The Springs! We moved from a house and had never lived in an apartment before. Naturally, we had concerns about apartment living. But the office staff - Christina, Katie and Makayla - are lovely people. Very kind, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The apartments are beautiful - modern, nicely designed, spacious, comfortable and well-lit. The people who live around us are very nice. Most importantly, we feel very safe. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. The maintenance staff diligently looks after them and has been very considerate whenever they are working in or around of apartment. The central green space in the community is relaxing. Dogs are always leashed and kids can run around. The area gets a lot of shade in the morning and evening, which is important in the hot months. There is a well-equipped gym on site that is rarely busy and always clean. The garage door in the gym opens to the outside and it feels great to let the fresh air in during the cooler months. The pool is always pristine, refreshing and never too busy.

Overall, this is everything we could have hoped for in an apartment community and we’ve been very happy here. It’s become home.

I lived at The Springs Red Mountain from Jan 2021 until Oct 2022. I moved to their sister property in Oct 2022 to be closer to work. My experience there was outstanding. The office staff (Katie and Makayla) were kind, helpful, and professional. The maintenance staff including Jim and David were exceptional and helped me promptly whenever I needed assitance. The grounds, pool, clubhouse, gym were always in perfect condition. The property manager, Christina was always kind and went out of her way to help the residents. I truly appreciate the whole team for helping me! I chose to stay within Continental Properties because of them! Thank you❤️

If you are looking for a place that you can walk to grocery store, bank, gas station, fast food, and dry cleaners this may be the place. It has a great view of the mountains, close to city parks, and minutes away from the highway 202 which will take you to Scottsdale or Airport within minutes. Stainless steel appliances, full size washer & dryer, wood floor style, and fans. Amenities are sparkling pool, outside lounge with 72 inch t.v. to watch. Outside patio furniture with steam mist for hot days to chill and outside grills 2 large ones. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day and is kept clean and has protein drinks on the house if need be. Walking next door to L.A. Fitness Center is convienient for anyone into fitness. FYI, the apartments are smart and have internet connected and you can connect your echo to also. Valet trash service, once a week bug service, on call for emergencies.
