(September 2, 2022, 8:24 pm)My wife left her phone in the car and ran back in a panic once she was in the airport and it was missing. The employees at the return area and the Manager were so kind to her, calmed her down and promptly returned her phone. The car was well on the way to their depot and the driver turned around and returned it. We appreciate the kindness she received in her panic and such a quick response/communcation among the team members in getting the phone back.
Also, the car was immaculate and it was an all around good rental experience. We will definitely use Thrifty if we come down to the OC again.
