Absolutely LOVE this place. They were so amazing - so kind and helpful. The owner not only took away my old washer/dryer, he helped with my new one when he didn't even have to. I will NEVER go back to the Appliance Depot, it was a disaster (sorry but that's the truth). I will forever be an Appliance Exchange customer!!!

My fridge suddenly stopped working and I had a busy weekend. Called around and wasn’t sure how good these repair/exchange appliance stores were. Luckily I called appliance exchange and briefly told them what I needed. I never felt pressure or anything. I stopped by a couple of appliance places and checked them out, then went to Appliance exchange store and looked at a couple refrigerators that fit me best. Much better prices and Maggie was very helpful and friendly. They delivered the fridge next morning clean and functioning. And With a 6 month warranty, I can’t be happier!

I bought a washer dryer set from them 4 years ago. They have run great, I love the 1 year warranty. The dryer was loud the first 6 months, I called and they came out and got it to run more quietly for free.

Their prices are amazing. I just bought another set of appliances for a new house. 2016 $5,000 fridge retail and a set of HE washer/dryer for $1500 delivered!

Update!

A fridge I bought from them stopped working well after 18 months, called them up, they came out same day and only charged me $100 for a failed relay that was caused by a recent electric issue in my home.

Was looking for a fridge for our new apartment. Stumbled upon this place after looking at another place that was charging us way more for an older model than what this place did. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that most of the fridges he had was already sold. He had one fridge left and it was perfect and was basically brand new due to being used for only 4months. Unlike other places they give you a 1 year warranty. Really recommend this place.
