Terry Arthur's professionalism is superb and unmatched across many industries but specially in the car service sector.
Terry has demonstrated that he is willing to go ABOVE and BEYOND his call of duty to provide excellent service to his customers.
On top of that, he is sophisticated when dealing with insurance companies. Even the insurance companies that are out to swindle their policyholders.
I would highly recommend Terry and if the BBB had any sense, they would hire Terry to teach business people about day-to-day ethics and customer service.
I was sent to this body shop by a good friend. All the employees were very courteous and helpful. They did a great job on my car for the price they quoted and was ready on the day it was supposed to be.
Excellent educated knowledgeable staff. The place is run by the owners and they provide quality service and great customer satisfaction and service. I've seen repair work in progress and they really pay attention to details.

Body shop took my Mercedes here at the behest of the dealership and was not disappointed great job back within a reasonable time Terry did a fantastic job made sure I got what I needed can’t even tell I ever wrecked it.
