(September 19, 2020, 9:24 pm)I had to write a review because this was the best customer service experience I've ever had at a phone store...like ever. I'm used to walking in and there's one or 2 people stationed at the register and they don't say much. And I usually have to wait in line behind others to ask a question or getting help felt like I was like pulling teeth. At this Crenshaw location, they had multiple people working the floor & I saw each person in there get individual attention. The young guy that helped me showed me all the available options based off my criteria. When I walked in & when I left, even the other clerks that I didn't speak with greeted me and gave well wishes at my departure. Even though I didn't make a purchase, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service displayed.

The staff is friendly and they never turn patients away! Dr. Bui is so gentle with my babies and I love that she genuinely cares about my kids. I'm glad I found K.B. Pediatrics.

(December 20, 2015, 7:36 pm)Christian and Diana were wonderful.Though T mobile customer service is good I have never had customer service this amazing in any other T mobile experience. When they didn't have the phone we wanted Christian drove to the location that had it and brought it back to the store. We had another issue with a payment and Diana's quick thinking made our transaction possible. We went in to get one phone and ended up with 2 phones and a tablet today no doubt due to this dynamic T mobile customer service team. STELLAR
