  My wife and I have had a very positive experience with Leticia so far. After just a few sessions we've explored our unconscious minds (as it relates to how we communicate) and discovered our learning styles to better understand how we each process information. Leticia has tailored our sessions differently to meet our needs so we can bring what we've worked on into our relationship and make it better. We still have many sessions to go but see that our relationship is trending in a better direction.

  I just recently started going to these sessions and honestly It has helped me become more aware and conscious about situations in my life. I’m glad I have sought help and hope to become a better person.

  To doubters, please note that this is a legit message being writteon multiple platforms. I am writing the same message to save me time, but also get the message across about how great and profession Self Help is. My name is Abraham, I am from Lynwood and from day one of my interactions with Self help, they have been accomodating, transperent and most important reliable (they do what they say they do)
  
  My partner and I had a rough patch and since first session, things have looked brighter. Natalie was delicate to our situation and was very down to earth.

  My wife and I have been seeking help from Wes since September. We have found every session to be very rewarding and fulfilling due to the fact that they don't just listen, but they give us techniques and things to do to help with our situation. I have seen tremendous improvement in the months that we have come..We highly recommend Self Help for their dedication and attention to their patients!   Wife and I took a few sessions. The sessions have been very helpful for us. They gave us great tips and reminders on how to work on our relationship and communication. We will definitely be returning. They are easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable.

  One day I felt like I really needed to make some changes. I felt desperate to find therapy or some type of help and so I googled some places. Self Help Orange County popped up on my screen and had great reviews. I grew interested in what the rage was all about. I called the number of the site and it led to a very helpful rep who took her time to explain to me how they worked. She explained to me that they don’t do surface level work but they really dig deeper into rooted issues. They also want you to learn the tools to really help you even after working with them which is so great! I went to my first appointment with Wes and he made me see things different already with just one visit. I felt very comfortable. He gave me homework which I think is great because I can focus on it while I am away. I am really happy about finding this company and am excited to see where it will take me!
