Excellent banh cuon and very consistent. Also, this is one of the few places that I can ask for less condensed milk in the ca phe sua da, since for my taste, the default sweetness level almost everywhere just seems too sweet. They use a traditional phin filter for brewing each serving, rather than pouring from a pre-mixed brew like many other places.

Banh cuon is always great, service can be good or lousy depending on who you place order with or get service from.

It is a hole in the wall join but it is authentic Vietnamese pho! I have to come back to try their rice cake main dish! Must try!!
