  My boyfriend and I moved in a couple months ago and so far so good. The office made the application process very easy and all of the maintenance staff have been so polite and helpful. There are a few quirks in the apartment which we haven't gotten fixed yet, but that is on us since we've been so busy we haven't had time for them to come. We did have one maintenance request regarding our keys which was fixed the same day, super easy! It is a little pricey but if they continue keeping up with how nice the complex is and how helpful the staff have all been, its honestly worth it in my opinion. :)

  Update: PARKING ISSUES!!
  These apartments are not for the following people:
  Anyone with more than one car / anyone who has visitors every now and then / anyone who has a boyfriend or girlfriend who visits with a vehicle / anyone who has a work truck or work van. You will not find parking for those. Other than that, the apartments are fine.
  
  I hate to be critical of this property because it's probably not much they can do about the parking.
  
  First review:
  The move in experience was good with no problems. Rana was of great help to answer any questions.
  
  The only issue that I see on the horizon is the parking situation. For some reason the uncovered parking and visitor parking gets full very quickly daily.

  Moved in a week ago. Overall very happy with the move in process.
  
  On move in, we had one drawer in our kitchen that wouldn't close all the way because it had a TON of trash behind it (mostly plastic bags and some had insect feces in them).
  
  There have not been enough parking spots multiple nights, but we were told management is working on it.
