Left a voice mail, within 15 mins Bob called back & was nice & professional, and setting up a future appointment. My friend & I met up there while they installed a hybrid battery. Bob let us know each step of the process. Bob did a wonderful job putting it all back together. My friend was thrilled as he won’t part with this car! Lol They’re nice & very courteous people. Highly recommend their services.
