  I went there this Saturday 11/07 I needed help to ship a package, First Lady was very rude and not helpful at all ... I decided to wait for another person to help me and then I meet ANGIE, she’s and angel she saved my day she explain to me all that I needed and answer all my questions with very knowledgeable answers, Thanks a lot to her, she deserves this review and her 5 stars ⭐️

  We had a phenomenal experience in dealing with Linda, at this location.
  
  We thought we were coming in to sign up for a mailing permit but ultimately, the visit turned into a very productive training session she gave us alongside our sign up.
  
  Linda was patient and enthusiastic in presenting our mailing options and even introduced us to the more cost effective options as well.
  
  We look forward to saving thousands of dollars per year in shipping fees and more importantly, stress!

  Christmas shipping easy. So impressed by this location. Ample parking. Fast service even though there was a long line the 2nd time I went back in. The counter people were helpful. Even an extra person to help people waiting in line to make sure they have the right packaging and slips. My first time mailing packages through USPS...a card to Hawaii in 2 days and box to Florida in 3days. Nice that it’s in OC and I didn’t need to drive all the way to LAX post office for these packages to make it on time :)
