“#Mr. D's Automotive... FANTASTIC place for #BMW repair! Stopped by one day because of a #Service engine soon light, and the Service Manager resolved my matter within a few minutes and I was on my way. And he did it for free!! Wished me a Merry Christmas!! I returned a couple of weeks later because #BMW Long Beach quoted me a ridiculously high price for a specific repair on my #2006 BMW #X5. Mr. D's did the repair for HALF the price and then provided me with the opportunity to observe the mechanic. Steve, the mechanic was well informed of how my vehicle is designed and operates. Extremely smart man. Also most people are not aware that #Aftermarket parts are often made by the manufacturer and sold under a different brand name. I know this to be true and factual. I don't know about BMW specifically but true with many #Japanese vehicles. Needless to say I am now a customer for life!”
