(September 28, 2015, 11:01 pm)I just heard Dr. May at a lecture last Saturday on allergies and how the food in our environment may be part of why so many of us have fatigue, congestion, and inflammation in our joints. She outlined a clear argument in favor of eating organic. I look forward to learning more. She is going to prescribe a program to detoxify my diet and relieve me of some of the allergies that I have been suffering with in these last few years.
I am so happy to be finally getting some research-based advice about allergies and diet. -
