  Excellent customer service. Worth the trip to go here(corporate store) instead of one of the dealer locations. Traded in my cheap sprint phone for a $240 Samsung A20. The new phone and service is awesome. Alix (counter girl) was extremely helpful and professional. Am so happy with my new service and phone.

  Boy friend and I were extremely happy with the customer service Jose Provided us with. Was the first to great us at the door seemed very knowledgeable with the product. Jose also offered other items that we were actually not aware of. Happy with my new phone going back today for more accessories. Thanks again Jose for being efficient we had a great experience will deffinitly be recommending. I deffinitly did the follow back survey for you!!! Appreciate this type of customer service????????????

  Visited this location today, as soon as I walked in a young woman by the name Alejandra helped me.. no waiting... no hassle. Provided excellent and professional service. She went out of her way to make this a good experience for me..

  The place gets packed on weekends, over all your asked to sign in and asked to have or look around at the display of there product's on weekends I would try getting in early.
