This place simply knows how to please their clients. Constantly with a helpful approach. The food is reasonably priced, constantly delicious and neat.

Had the pleasure of meeting Chef Joe at the Fisher & Paykel Experience Center & got to eat & cook with Chef Joe, best food I've had in a while.

Unbelievably delicious. Had the opportunity to meet Chef Joe in Newport Beach. Very gracious and humble guy. Had some sort of Italian burger with grass fed beef, mozzarella cheese, spinach and basil with a marinara sauce. On the side sweet potato fries with a delicious dipping sauce. Best food I've ever eaten.

I was at Wondercon 2014 and finally braved the crazy line for his food truck after checking out the sign that he won Chopped. My friend got the Pork Sandwich and I got the Beef we ordered the sweet potato fries with sauce and drinks to make it a meal.

We both agreed our sandwiches were SUPER good. My beef was tender, spicy, tangy and moist with the perfect bread that stood up to the sauce. My friend enjoyed his pork sandwich and said it was good but not spicy like mine (why he ordered it .. I like my food like I like my men HOT .. tee hee). I'd wanted to try a bite but I won't lie my sandwich was so good that I got distracted. The only disappointment was that they ran out of ice on the drinks so it wasn't cold and (the big one) the Sweet Potato fries were cold (Urghh warm coke and cold fries .. NOOOO). Now I understand why it was cold they weren't making the fries to order so that the line moved fast but I would have preferred potato chips to cold fries (that cost SIX dollars with soda to make the almost $10 sandwich a meal .. damn!!!). If I'd known the fries were going to be cold I'd have skipped getting the combo! I would have given him 5 stars but I just can't forgive cold fries!
