  My neck, shoulders and mid back have seen major stress and improper use, living with chronic breathing issues. After several major surgeries and computer work....I was experiencing headaches, uncontrollable aches and tightness through my neck and back. Allergies, lots of medicine and continuous health up and downs, chiropractic care not only is necessary but an act of self-care I consider part of my own health routine.
  
  After a year of work by Dr. Nathan from adjustments, acupressure and acupuncture for chronic sinusitis to add on top of it all, my headaches are almost all gone! My muscles are softening and aligning properly with weekly or bi-monthly appointments. I am so happy and functioning without pain. And bonus Dr. Nathan and Dr. David are so fun and personable. They are both very knowledgeable on all things about movement, pain reduction and strengthen the body.
  
  My husband as well has visited for adjustments for lower back issues. When ever he is stressed, a visit is always needed to help his body work well. We consider these guys family and always enjoy catching up with them. Get your muscles in shape with True Health and Wellness!!

  Best chiropractor I've ever been to. I was blown away by the amount of time Dr. Nate spent with me going over my medical history and examining me before beginning his treatment. He was friendly, kind, extremely knowledgable, and he helped me understand the issues I was experiencing and the treatment he recommended. It was a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thanks!!!

  Dr. David Valle is amazing. My whole family loves him. I'm usually afraid of any chiropractor touching my neck. I was having terrible headaches and my mood was very low. After a few adjustment sessions with Dr Valle, I felt pretty good. My high school daughter who plays soccer and had a muscle tear (we though she is going to miss a great part of her soccer season) was under Dr. Valle care and recovered really fast. My son who also plays soccer can’t wait to see Dr. Valle for regular adjustments for getting hit and falling on the field. My husband who hasn't played any sports lately due to hip and knee pain started to be more active after some sessions. Dr Valle combines his chiropractic and human anatomy knowledge with his interest on helping others and that translates into a really caring and friendly doctor.
