This place has a very professional feeling to it. Honestly, we were treated with excellent customer service, respect, and hospitality. My kid got to have a healthy snack, water, and a play area while finishing the deal with "Charles" who is very honest, knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and kind sales representative. First, we ran into few issues with processing the paperwork on our side, but Charles and the rest of his team were very patient with us. He was very professional, allowed test driving with full explanation of all the ins/outs of the car, and answered all questions with the right attitude. Wow, first I will start by saying what a great experience I had tonight... all thanks to Charles (Chuck). My mom and I first walked into Toyota and was very disappointed. Not only were they way too expensive, their service was extremely disappointing and inattentive. We decided let's try out Mazda. We didn't have an appointment and it was close to closing time. That's when we met Charles. GREAT attitude, very helpful and all around an amazing human. We got a way lower rate than what Toyota was offering, great car and I couldn't happier. Great company and staff. Not often do you leave a dealership and immediately tell your closest family and friends about your experience and the impact a sales person has on your life. However, I have done just that. Yes, I love my car. It's beautiful. But Charles made this experience special. I will now ALWAYS recommend anyone to check out Mazda especially Tustin Mazda. I will definitely be back.

They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, never trying to convince me out of what I was originally there for, and delivering the most seamless and pain free experience I’ve ever had when buying a car. After an unsavory experience at another dealership, Jim was able to see me on short notice and got me into the exact vehicle I was looking for to surprise my mom and into a test drive just shortly after arriving. Lori in finance is also a treasure, and helped make this the easiest big-expense I’ve ever done.

The employee Chance at Tustin Mazda had the confidence and patience to walk me through purchasing my first car. This was a big investment for me and I felt he took the time to ask me the right questions, look for the best options, and overall walk me through the process of finding what car was right for me. After sitting down with Chance and going on a test drive I felt like I had the knowledge and comfort to truly enjoy every aspect of my new 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback. I am so happy that I was taken care of from start to finish and can’t thank Chance enough for being such an understanding and genuine employee. His customer service was outstanding and his positive attitude was contagious.
