Saddleback Flower Shop

I walked in around 1pm and ordered the flowers that I needed before 5pm. Since they close at 3pm, I wanted to pick it up around 2:30pm. The owner promised me the flowers will be ready before 2:30pm. I received the text at 2:06pm for pick up! Awesome service! I will definitely recommend their business to my clients and friends!

I wanted to send some flowers to my friend. Saddleback's arrangements feel special and the flowers they use are a bit more unique/unconventional/specialty (as opposed to some of the more generic/standard bouquets you might find elsewhere). I appreciated that Jennifer sent me a photo of the bouquet before it got sent out. The Pleasant Pastels were gentle, tender, luscious, romantic, and cheerful. I loved the variety, texture, and composition of the arrangement. I also thought it was a good value for the price! They were really communicative and I could track where the delivery was in real time. I wish I lived locally because this would be my go-to florist :)

Gorgeous bouquet! We ordered this tulip arrangement for my sister's birthday and it was even more beautiful than the picture! The delivery person had excellent customer service and made sure she received them (she didn't hear the doorbell the first time, but he waited and made sure they were in her hands). On time, gorgeous flowers, and the perfect way to brighten her day. I am so glad we chose Saddleback!

I have to go back and get a picture of the lobby area for the review, but i can just tell you about it for now.

"Lot parking" for the old town Tustin area is a bonus. I was greeted kindly by a lady who is likely the owner; she was working in the back when i first walked in. The shop is set up with a very personal, warm feeling. It has an almost "Secret Garden"-like ambiance, with vines snaking up one wall and pretty knickknacks on shelves. The flower case is even lovely paneled wood instead of a huge freezer.

We'd purchased a congratulatory bouquet and were able to pick it out online from a LOT of options. I saw something for just about any occasion and taste on the website, and it even lists the dimensions. You can plug colors into a search box or filter by flower type. Super website, just tops!

We paid ahead of time and it was ready within the hour. I was too excited about the event and so i didn't get any good pictures of the flowers. I had to crop this out of a pre-celebration pic where they still had the stand-up box on the bottom - sorry for the terrible quality... but you still can see how amazing they looked!
