  2018 turned into months of searching aimless for a rental for my family and I to move into. I was irked at the high prices of rentals and knew at some point that my goal was to buy a home that would be ours, so I made a commitment to face that goal now and knew I needed it for my family.
  
  Fortunately for me, I have a very long time, childhood friend who grew up with the same friends, in the same area as me, knows Orange County street by street better than anyone I know and has the years of experience selling many homes in the area I was looking. Jason Isley. A person I knew loves music as much as me, was a great person and a trusted friend. I had the confidence in him that he would have my best interest in mind, no matter what. Luckily, I was so right.
  
  He was honored to take on the role of our agent and guided us through the crazy paths of finding a great home that fit more than what we were in search of.
  At a time that the market was strange, sometimes slow, buyers were not in abundance, some homes sitting on the market for a long time and some homes hit the market and were bought before we could blink, we had finally fell in love with a great place. Jason made our communications simple, he worked fast and had all of our questions and concerns answered and explained and always advised with precision and expertise, all the way to the one phone call where he said calmly and with a unique pride, “congratulations sir, you have yourself a home.” Most importantly, it was the home we wanted.
  
  I was please to know Jason has made a donation in our name to the John Wayne Cancer Foundation, which was the non profit organization of our choice.
  
  I want to commend Jason for being solid and working so hard for us through the times we needed him most. He had gone above and beyond on every level for us all the way through to the day he handed us our keys. When I asked Jason to be our agent, I had an idea that it was going to be a great experience and I knew he’d always have our best interest, but he blew all of our expectations through the sky by taking the best care of us through it all.
  
  Choosing an agent for the biggest purchase of your lives is an important decision and I am so beyond blessed and appreciative that I chose Jason Isley. I have and will always refer my friends and family to Jason with the highest confidence that he is the man that will make any home buying experience the best that it can be.
