  Had referral from my regular Dentist. Called and made appointment. Found the staff to be cordial, professional, personal and efficient. I filled out all forms online prior to my appointment. Wait time was minimal, within 10 minutes of scheduled appreciate. Doctor Thiede is very caring and personal. Made my procedure comfortable and smooth. I will definitely return for any additional procedures if needed.

  My recent extraction of a back molar was made very comfortable by Dr. Thiede and his staff. Even gave me a very cushy blanket to keep the chill off while watching TV. I have to say I'm a difficult customer in that I am VERY hard to numb up. I told him to bring out the horse tranquilizers...he thought I was kidding. Well 45 minutes later I was totally numb and the molar came out in about 5 minutes. They give you an after-care package with after care instructions, gauze and even a little ice pack. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thiede to anyone who needs extractions.
