I had expressed to Jim that I was concerned about my coverage limits - I wanted to make sure that they were appropriate - and I had other questions as well. I had reached out to my agent at the time and he was unresponsive. Jim came to my property not once but twice to view the units, answer my questions and provide his professional opinion and recommendations. I have since moved my policy to Jim. Not only is Jim incredibly knowledgeable with respect to coverage, coverage limits and claims guidelines and processes, Jim has his clients' best interest in mind. Jim's acumen, knowledge and experience is top notch!
