“Sadly I had to put my baby girl Lucy down on Saturday night. This was very unexpected and sudden. I have never had to put an animal down and this hurt more than anything in the world. The staff was very comforting and gentle with Lucy. I was torn apart when I left. Today I got a heart felt card with individual messages from the staff. I am still in mourning and although the card made me cry, it was one of the nicest gestures I have received. Thank you guys/gals for all that you did.”

“Tustin is a very upper/upper middle class town (in first week here my sister and I marvelled at the complete and total lack of homeless people/spare change askers that are EVERYWHERE in most of SoCal) and I would have to say that these apartments would be considered "the worst area" ...but thats simply because they house more working class people. They are still AWESOME. Its quiet (except when kids off school, they play outside and can get a little excited riding bikes etc..but closing the window suffices and they all seem to be brought in by parents at a reasonable hour/told to shhh or move if too much (and most of them very nice, lots of them have been taught good manners, ie offer help adult/say excuse me and move aside/hold gate open...also there is a little girl who is at most 7 who is obsessed with...wait for it....COLLECTING ANTIQUE CASH REGISTERS..she had been sitting with 2 other little girls outside my front path quietly playing for an unusually long time, and I asked her what they were doing, and she shows me an early 1900s cash drawer and starts telling me all about the antique store it came from and just so funny and unexpected...BUT this also a good thing...its safe where a group of elementary school kids can play outside unsupervised (parents are home..just not ontop of kids) safely..leave unchained bikes in front yards etc). Safe neighborhood ...like Im not going into detail about it in case thieves read this, but we may as well be in rural Kansas with how people live. There are also security cameras just in case and a verrry stern official night security guard who will roll up on you like he is FBI...but he is super nice once you get to know him. Can walk to alot of stuff, I walk to AMPM etc just because its barely farther than the garage to get the car/its nice out...lots of flowers and trees. Most people have pets, everyone know everyone and knows the pets (my cats go talk to people through screen door lol) My next door neighbor has some kind of tiny white parrott ????that has free run of the place and u can see him just skittering around the living room through the screen door (daytime EVERYONE home has doors open for nice breeze and saying hi) The price is reasonable (for the area....Im coming from a place where one could have a brand new custom 4bedroom pool home a brand new C class Mercedes AND have at least $600left over...for what rent on a 2bedroom apt is) nice pool....tennis courts that are very well lit. So why not 5 stars?? The apartments were built in the 1980s (another good thing..many original residents STILL HERE) they are SOOO DATED. Older gas stoves...weird white fireplaces nobody ever uses...just kinda blah...and the garages are icky. Most have holes in sheetrock/water leaks and Lord I have seen ???????????? in the garage. But still nice to have it (one can also park up top by office, or in a large lot under the Tennis courts and usually plenty of street parking) So just that..dingy outdated interiors...more frequent issues because of that (leaky faucet, gas stove issues etc..however maintanance on site and will come over same day. Also the trash areas get out of hand sometimes..But I love it here, nice diverse mix of people, quiet and SAFE and good price for a large 2bedroom 1.5 bath apt with huge private patio and garage) I think it depends on the person YOU prospective renter are....Are you rascist? Not for you. Are you a perfectionist? Not for you. Do you party into the night (loudly) DEFINITELY not for you. Can you not do stairs? (there are 2 walk in gates/handicap parking, but it minimal/most trash areas require stairs) Do you insist on having your own washer dryer? There are many laundry areas..$1wash 1$ dry... overall great place ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????☀☀”

“Animal Dermatology Clinic is a great place to take your dog. Vinnie was misdiagnosed(even with a biopsy) at a previous vet and placed on high dose steroids for over a year and he was getting worse. So thankful he was properly diagnosed and we were able to change his meds and probably added years to his life”

“UPDATE: I have just resigned my lease for the 3rd year in a row. I enjoy living in the Axiom Tustin Community. I don't have the problems other residents have. I speak with onsite facilities crew by name, issues are resolved quickly and the residential managers are helpful and always willing to help. My next door neighbors are terrific and have lived here a lot longer than me! The management company offers ongoing community events that are a great way to get to know your neighbors. Most recently they hosted a wine tasting night, Pictures with Santa and a held a “how can we help meeting”. The new resident app is really cool as it provides an open line of communication, a community calendar, schedule maintenance requests, etc. I have an in-home preschool and childcare. Avenue5 management have been nothing but supportive. The children in my care love to stop by the office to visit Pauline and the Axiom Tustin team and share what we discovered on our daily journeys or just to grab a cup of hot chocolate and discuss the construction with Tyler. So yeah, I love it here!”
