  From the moment we walked in the door, through the entire process, the staff was kind, caring, and respectful of our wishes. We first interviewed Wendy Luyben, Funderal Director, and Warren Roitman, Funeral Arranger. Both were excellent listeners who offered great advice and let us know many of our options. There was no hard sell or pushiness as they answered our questions, provided us with estimates, and explained the next steps.
  
  Elizabeth Mendoza, Funeral Arranger, took on our project and did a fabulous job communicating with us, and gave us even more information and options. She wrote letters so loved ones could leave work, organized our father's military honors, scheduled with the VA cemetery, arranged for a horse and carriage, helped us place items with Dad in his casket and more. She helped make the process of preparing for Dad's final deployment to be one of joy through our sorrow.

  The staff was very helpful and professional. Annie and Wendy were wonderful and very understanding. They attended to our every need. Annie was extremely helpful and patient. She was with us every step of the way. My mom was very happy with the location of her final home. Thank you Annie.
