  The owner John, a senior citizen, continues to come to the restaurant, and chat with the customers and cleans the tables. He is a nice gentleman. We like their food, and the free coffee with the food. It is physical handicap compliant, with two parking spaces nearest the parking lot restaurant entry doors . If you live in Leisure World Seal Beach, show your ID card for a discount on the regular priced items.

  Colossal burger was great. Service was pretty good considering how busy they were. Would go there and order the Colossal burger again.

  I've had breakfast there many times, I usually get the special that includes 3 eggs over easy, bacon, hash brown potatoes, wheat toast and a side of fresh salsa, with tax is $7.60 this place is super clean, parking was easy, and it's in a convenient location. Love it!

  Pretty full on Sundays so expect a wait. Food was delicious, although it took 20 minutes to eat while we waited. Maybe I'll try again another day.

  VERY spacious clean, convenient fun diner style hamburger joint. Excellent customer service, nice to everyone, senior friendly.
  Only reason I did NOT give 5 stars - onion rings. Look so delicious on menu, ugh.
  Will leave there, rest of menu food okay though! Enjoy, recommend.
