My husband needed a repair on a tire. They removed a giant nail very quickly.
The staff are great! Courteous, and efficient.

I went in today with a flat tire. The gentleman on duty was very kind, and took care of my issue right away The other gentleman behind the counter was also very nice. The repair was done in about 15 mins, and I was on my way.
Thanks for being so nice! I will definitely go back when it's time to get new tires.

I just wanted to say that I experienced an excellent level of service at the 17151 East Imperial Hwy, Yorba Linda, CA branch. John and his fellow associate heard about my alignment concern after returning from another Allen Tire, which had serviced the alignment issue twice already along with tire replacements.
John understood my concern, took my car in, and checked it. They explained that the wheels were laser correct, but the steering wheel was simply 2mm off. They adjusted it and asked that I test drive it to make sure. It was perfect, and I was very happy with the new tires and alignment.

Coming from Costco tires, Allen was a new experience. It is these kind of little act of care to details that makes a customer feel trusting to the company. I don't think all Allen Tires are trained this way, but John was extremely good at building that trust. Hope you can give him a good praise.
