  Old school gym, plenty of weights and machines kept up well! Clean showers and locker rooms!

  Fantastic facility. Very clean machines, restrooms, and spin class room. Incredibly welcoming staff that helps everyone feel comfortable...men, women, muscleheads, and weekend warriors. Personalized attention with the trainers, or do your own private workout...you make it what you want. Highly recommended.

  Its a moderate size exercise club tucked inside a small mall on La Palma Blvd in Yorba Linda.
  The staff are friendly, towels are available, trainer's are available, and there is a wide variety of exercise equipment. There are showers and scheduled classes most days of the week. I know they have some medically trained people on the second floor but not sure of their qualifications or specialty.
  It is pretty nice place but most of the equipment is getting old and it is really set up for men. It is adjustable equipment but some have duct tape on fraided areas.

  Never crowded, friendly staff, great trainers (Mark/Kyle/Joe) good vibe.
