Wayne Fehr - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with State farm and Wayne Fehr for about 10 years now. Over those 10 years I never had a claim until now. Just in the past 3 months I've had two claims for two different vehicles. Both claims were handled expediently and professionally. I know State farm might be a little more expensive than other discount insurance companies but I can tell you that my experience with these two claims on these two vehicles proves that you get what you pay for. With the recent supply chain and labor shortages try to get a car repaired is very difficult. However State farm makes it easy to find auto body shop and in the case with my first car I couldn't find one right away so they just sent me a check and then I could pick anyone. On my second vehicle I went through a sandstorm in Palm Springs and it completely destroyed my windshield and much of my paint in the front. State farm immediately got me a claim going and I use Safelite for the windshield and I'm using another place for the paint. State farm made it so easy for me to use multiple vendors on one claim and pay one deductible. Also having Wayne as my direct rep makes it a lot easier to he follows my claim to make sure everything's going well that's the personal touch that I think State farm in Wayne offers over other companies.

I've been insured with Wayne since I got my drivers permit, and for as long as I can remember both him and Nikolai have been nothing but great to me. I tried looking for cheaper rates at one point and found one off beat company that came close and that was it. Definitely not work the switch considering I'd lose out on their great customer service. I had to file a claim one weekend because my car was broken into and I left Wayne a voicemail fully expecting a call back the following Monday- but instead I get a call back an hour later with him apologizing for the delay because he was playing softball. Who does that? I was blown away by how quickly he got back to me and how attentive he was in my time of need. I will continue to recommend them and continue to give my business wherever I can. Wayne and his team have been an outstanding example of what a State Farm agent should be.

I came by to work some stuff out after leasing a car. Andrew helped me out and his service was great!!! He explained everything very well and was very informational. The atmosphere of the office itself is very friendly. Highly recommend this place!!!
