Salinas Physical Therapy / Sports Medicine

I have been suffering from buttocks, hamstrings and ankle pain on and off for the past 6 months and I finally decided to get a physical therapy since I felt that it was getting worse. Dr. Salinas and Dr. Casino checked me and I was diagnosed with sciatica. They made a plan for me that I followed for 6 weeks and by the 4th week I feel better, I still have pain but it’s way better compared to when I started the program. On the 6th week, I don’t feel the pain anymore and I felt stronger. Now, I know proper body mechanics. And, my posture, strength and flexibility has improved.
I want to thank Dr. Salinas and Dr. Casino for helping me treat my sciatica and educating me on how to prevent / treat it using physical therapy. I want to thank Grace for assisting me during the PT session. I also want to thank Christine for helping me book my appointments. The staff is very warm, welcoming, supportive and friendly. Again, thank you so much for helping me. Definitely recommend this PT 10/10!

Where do I start? I had an amazing experience at Salinas Physical Therapy. From the clean facility to the wonderful staff to Dr. Salinas to the level of care I received, I can say with absolute certainty I would recommend my friends and family to come here. I had been having issues with my hip for years and had tried everything from massage to stretches I researched online to alleviate the pain and get back to pain free daily life. Nothing helped so I decided to give Salinas PT a shot and I’m glad I did. After multiple sessions with Dr. Salinas he was not only able to diagnose but create a personalized treatment plan for me. I cannot thank him and the wonderful team at Salinas PT enough for getting me back to normal, as well as educating me on how to manage my hip to avoid re-aggravating it. My experience at Salinas Physical Therapy was life changing and if you’re thinking about scheduling an appointment I would absolutely recommend that you do so, you won’t regret it!

I am a Division 2 football player and I came into the Salinas family on my first day and I couldn’t walk, I developed a slouch and a limp. I was in so much pain I couldn’t even sleep because of pain and being uncomfortable. I had a herniated disc which caused a lot of nerve damage down my legs. At first I thought I tore my hamstrings but Dr. Salinas knew right away it was something else and diagnosed me before the surgeon told me what’s wrong. The staff was actually able to get me to walk more comfortable and do daily life things. Keep in mind I didn’t do my surgery yet so I still had a messed up disc being able to live and do daily things because of the therapy. After the surgery, I was in a lot of pain at first and continuously going to the Salinas facility, Only just 1 month and a half after I am now 100% back to normal with doing everything I couldn’t.
