PDQ Urgent Care & More

Our 27 year old son went to PDQ due to a back ski injury. We’ve been to other urgent care locations in East Lake. PDQ from calling to check in to service was outstanding! Highly recommend them.

I recently lost two toes and post op needed to have the wound changed and cleaned daily. PDQ was a close by and easy choice to use as I’ve been using their services for a long time. Everyone was so accommodating from holding the door open to asking how I was. Multiple providers were available so it didn’t matter what time of day I could get in to see them. With all that’s going on in the medical industry they make a bad experience easy to get through.

My husband and I were both diagnosed with COVID-19 a few days after Thanksgiving (despite carefully staying home and masking and distancing, alas.) We are patients of Caduceus in Yorba Linda and were tested there. Immediately upon testing positive, we received wonderful support and treatment from their COVID team at PDQ Urgent Care in Orange. We were both assigned a specialist from their COVID care team. We were immediately given detailed instructions about how to self-care at home, and were given prescriptions before we even had need of them, to get ahead of any symptoms or secondary infections that might occur. Then we each received almost daily follow-up from the team until we finally tested negative. We were blessed and were not very sick at all, and we credit some of that to how quickly and specifically PDQ's COVID team addressed our individual symptoms and needs. I will always be moved to remember how much having so many caring and expert professionals taking such good care of us at such a scary time meant to us. We will never forget our experience with PDQ's COVID care team, and never cease to be grateful for Dr. DeNicola's leadership throughout this awful virus.

Unfortunately my partner and I got Covid over the holidays and the only bright spot was the amazing service we received from their staff, testing, and treatment team. It felt like our own family giving us so much information, attention, and TLC. Recovered now and will most definitely only use this urgent care in the future and will refer to anyone that needs Covid testing and/or other urgent care needs.
