“Easily my new favorite boba place - all of their drinks are just so good. My favorites are the Jasmine Milk Tea with almond milk, and the Duet Milk Tea (coffee + milk tea) with almond milk. The drink mixes and boba just taste so fresh, not too sweet at all. I have even ordered drinks on Uber Eats from here - it arrives fast and is just as tasty. I highly recommend coming here and trying different things. They have great covid safety measures in place - squares taped on the ground to keep the line spaced for social distancing, and everyone has to wait outside for their drinks after ordering. There is even a barrier between you and the workers in the store and they all have masks and gloves. There is rarely a long line since they make drinks fast, so you won't be out there long.”

The place is pretty big and there is a lot of space for just people to lounge and chill while enjoying their coffee. Also a good local place to study and get your work done if you live nearby. They did show how to properly care for first time expander for braces and let me practice on a model so I felt confident before sending me home with all the tools. The Patient Rewards gear is an awesome way to encourage my son in good oral hygiene with braces. I love their fries, popcorn chicken,sandwiches, and garlic noodles. Their macrons are so good, and its only 3 for $5!. That is quite a steal because most place, its $2.50 for just one. My favorite drinks are : green Thai tea, tea me lulu, cool tease, and bubble rain. You will definitely be one happy munchers if you order any of these. One thing that i always notice is that the owner is always there. She (Yen) takes the time talk to you and ask for your opinions on how everything taste to you. Most places, you don't even know who the owner is, but at Y tea, you know your food is going to be great, because the owner is always there, so there can't be any slackers.”
